Guided by Voices Livestream to benefit Metro

Indie Rockers Guided by Voices will be performing live for a stream from the Metro to benefit the music venue.

The performance will be held live in front of zero audience members. Much like the VR concerts we have seen as of late, this performance will feature 7 cameras connecting fans with various visual perspectives.

Those ready to party are welcome to byob and of course their friends and dancing shoes. The performance includes on demand post show streaming.

Show is one night only, July 17th at 5pm.
Tickets are $25 and benefit one of Chicago’s staples for live music. Too many to mention have performed on this stage – Chance the Rapper, Fall out Boy, REM and countless others. Metro has done a solid job of mingling upcoming and local bands into the fold.

Halloween Jean

Lombard. Mother of two young adults. Creator and Editor of Haunted Emporium Magazine. I love the horror and collective art scene here in Chicago. It’s been amazing to watch the progression – and more acceptance of the benefits that it brings to the area. I enjoy haunted houses, live music, ramblings, journalism, photography and adventures. I recycle/ redesign furniture and make Halloween props. I do a home haunt, and enjoy conventions and films. I make my own costumes, so if I get an opportunity to dress up, I’m happy. You’ll often find me biking or wondering around downtown with the look of awe that I’ve had since being a child. I believe in supporting both local and talent that travels through the area. The Emporium was designed as a contribution to the community.
