Visit The Upside Down in Atlanta

It is a bummer Stranger Things was not filmed here in Chicago. But, if it’s any constellation those who are considering a roadtrip this fall can still experience The Upside Down in Atlanta.

Tours are hosted by Atlanta Movie Tours, and run Mid-August to October. Fans will not only have the chance to enter the upside down, but see sets used in Benny’s Burgers, Sheriff’s Station and Hopper’s Cabin.

The tour also includes a ride past Merrill’s Pumpkin patch, trivia and fun facts.

At $75 a person the price is affordable for those saving their allowance for this one of a kind experience.

Lombard. Mother of two young adults. Creator and Editor of Haunted Emporium Magazine. I love the horror and collective art scene here in Chicago. It’s been amazing to watch the progression – and more acceptance of the benefits that it brings to the area. I enjoy haunted houses, live music, ramblings, journalism, photography and adventures. I recycle/ redesign furniture and make Halloween props. I do a home haunt, and enjoy conventions and films. I make my own costumes, so if I get an opportunity to dress up, I’m happy. You’ll often find me biking or wondering around downtown with the look of awe that I’ve had since being a child. I believe in supporting both local and talent that travels through the area. The Emporium was designed as a contribution to the community.
