Like with any excellent adventure, it was only fair that we dug a little deeper into some of the gems found at Windy City Horrorama. Straight Edge Kegger caught our eye, not only due to topic of content and it’s gory effects – we were also intrigued by the locality of which it was filmed. A stellar punk horror film produced between Indiana and Chicago – oh yes.
The effects were an intense story of extremes and a little background  play into the Straight Edge lifestyle. It was an added bonus of watching this play out against a background of Subterranean. ( an old bordello and night club in the Chi.  )

Wanted to of course pick Jason’s brain a little in regards to his inspiration for the film and how things came together.
