Windy City Horrorama is an independent film fest in Chicago held at the Davis Theater.  This year’s festival will be held April 26-28th. Saturday evening the film festival will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Idle Hands.
Other film selections include: Robot Ninja – a comedy, where a scientist helps a comic-book artist to become the superhero he has created in order to battle a vicious gang of rapists. Some compare this movie to a spoof of Robocop.

Straight Edge Kegger – a film about the extremes in Punk Culture.
Horror Movie Shorts
Friday Night Karaoke
And a closing party on Sunday evening.

I was excited to be a part of this festival, as many of my favorite horror movies have started out as low budget cult films. I appreciated Alex and Matt’s vision to bring many of these films forward.

The schedule release was held at Bucket O’Blood Book Store – in the Avondale Neighborhood. I had a chance to sit down and talk with both Alex and Matt about the festival and some of their favorite films.
