Bane Haunted House is a 10 year veteran of the New Jersey Area. This full contact haunted attraction started out in a 4,000 square foot tent in a parking lot. It has sense grown to be the largest haunted house in the tristate area, winning the praise of scariest by Comopolitan, Travel & Leisure, and others.
Owner Jennifer Condron prides herself for breaking conventional haunted house rules. Where many shy away from physical contact, Bane entices their customers with it. Victims are kidnapped and made to work their way through this 30 minute experience which requires some crawling and sliding through sets.
Groups of 10 are split down to 3 victims in a room every 30 seconds.
“You can’t scare someone when there are 10 people,” Condron said. “I want to make sure everybody is happy. I love what I do. The heart is what separates a good business from a great business and if you do play the rules, you end up being the same haunted house. A lot of haunted houses are afraid of full contact, but we have a lot of staff who are trained to perfection.” (source: amnewyork)
